Wyndham Timeshare Offer
Club Wyndham has a new timeshare offer. These are offers that require you to attend a timeshare presentation, which in this case is two hours.
This new offer is a bit different from the usual timeshare deals that we see from these vacation clubs. You get to book select properties for three nights for 7,500 or 15,000 points for the whole stay. Let’s see the details.
The Offer
Book a four-day, three-night vacation for just 7,500 or 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points at one of 18 participating Wyndham Vacation Resorts. Book by September 30, 2024, and complete your stay by December 20, 2024. Must be 28 or older.
- 3 night for 7,500 points:
- Club Wyndham Cypress Palms (Kissimmee, FL)
- Club Wyndham Patriots’ Place (Williamsburg, VA)
- Desert Rose Resort (Las Vegas, NV)
- 3 night for 15,000 points:
- Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham (St. Thomas)
- Club Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort (Oceanside, CA)
- Club Wyndham Towers on the Grove (North Myrtle Beach, SC)

- Key Terms
- You, and your spouse if married or partner if cohabitating, must attend a 120-minute timeshare sales presentation.
- Must complete your stay by December 20, 2024.
- Transportation, airfare, gratuities, nightly room taxes ($6.75 – $45), parking fees, resort security deposit, meals, and incidentals are not included.
- If you do not attend the presentation, you will forfeit the Wyndham Rewards points you redeem, be charged $150 per night and will not be refunded your deposit, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
- This offer is valid only for residents of the following states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, DC, WY.
- You must wait 90 days between presentations, Owners must wait 30 days and there is a maximum of four presentations per household per year.
Conclusion
This is a different offer that could be useful for those who have Wyndham Reward. You can book a three night stay for just 7,500 or 15,000 points. That’s just 2,500 or 5,000 points per night.
