Wyndham Teams Up with Reside

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Reside have teamed up to offer upscale residence-style accommodations in urban destinations around the country.

The new partnership will bring five residence-style hotels that are open or under development to the Wyndham brand. They mark the debut of the Wyndham Residence® tier in the U.S.

Open locations include the Reside Seattle Downtown, a 55-room residence-style hotel, and Reside Houston Downtown located in the center of downtown Houston near the Theater District, Houston Symphony Orchestra and Jones Hall.

Future locations include a 22-room residence-style hotel in the historic Bywater neighborhood in New Orleans and two properties in Washington DC in Navy Yards and NOMA.

Wyndham says that it will focus on expanding its offerings across top 50 markets in the United States. Wyndham Residences are already available in other parts of the world, including the United Arab Emirates, Greece and more.

This new addition adds to Wyndham’s existing offerings in the extended-stay segment such as ECHO Suites® Extended Stay by Wyndham, Hawthorn® Extended Stay by Wyndham and WaterWalk Extended Stay^SM by Wyndham.
