It comes with a smart base that works as a charging station, monitor, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth bridge, remote control, and storage case. This device has changed the way I cook meat. I am able to achieve medium rare steak easily. The probes and the device are well built. The app is simple to use and gives me a notification before the meat is ready. The estimated completion feature is also neat too. Connectivity has been rock solid the entire time using the device. I would recommend the Sync as it saves me so much time and effort in the kitchen.
I’m really excited about this new Typhur wireless bluetooth probe cooking thermometer. The base charges the probes, and the base is charged by USB C, very simple. The phone app, which is simpler than others to use, communicates with the base via Wifi so a cook can be monitored anywhere. It has a high quality feel and the slim design can fit in your pocket. Of all these things I like and find useful, the best part about this unit is the Bluetooth 5.4 probes. The range is much farther than any previous bluetooth products I’ve used, And I can be just about anywhere in my house with aluminum siding and still communicate with the probes.
