This Vitamix Propel series 510 is by far the best blender I have ever owned. At first, I thought the base was too heavy but after using a few lightweight plastic blenders in the past, I realized this blender is made for professional chefs or commercial use cause it works really well at blending smoothies. The texture of my smoothies was smooth and no chunks of fruits or vegetables that instead of drinking the smoothie you are chewing it, as my experience with other blenders. I added chunks of ice to my juice and the blade was able to cut through or crush it evenly. I love this blender. It’s not too big or small and fits perfectly in the corner of my kitchen counters.
I was impressed with the amount of power blending it provides with big pieces. After having this for 2 weeks I realized that I also lost weight and feel healthier because I was able to reduce my food intake and replaced a meal or two with smoothies. I would highly recommend trying this product and experiencing the difference in the quality of juicing results, totally amazed.
