THIS IS PERFECT FOR ME! I work remotely and am at my desk 8-10 hours a day, and my legs get heavy, and sometimes my feet swell after a while. This small machine works better for me than the walking pad and is less disruptive and noisy. I wish I had bought this before I bought my walking pad; I haven’t used it for my desk space since I bought this. I love my elliptical, very smooth motion, fits nicely under a desk but I moved it into my bedroom, very low noise level, came assembled only thing to attach is the cord. Very easy assembly, and great workout quality. I love it. Variations of speed and also has a manual option as well!
