That’s right. Beauty aficionados, ready your Caboodles. Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty Sale has begun, it runs from Aug. 30 to Sept. 19. Each day of the sale you will be presented with new deals (almost all 50% off) on covetable cosmetics, soothing skin care specials and tantalizing tools.
