We sent soup in both kid’s lunches, no leaks and they had plenty for lunch. It’s a great size for lunchboxes and keeps the soup hot. The spoon unfolds easily, my 7-year-old could do it and put it back (although might be hard for a preschooler, any elementary or older kid could likely do it). It was a wide mouth, so easy to clean.

My middle schooler loves his thermos. It keeps his food warm until lunch and it holds a good amount that keeps him full. We haven’t had any issues with leakage.

My Daughter 🥰 is really happy with it because she doesn’t have to eat boring sandwiches and lunch bowls from home. She can eat a home-cooked meal without being at home which is wonderful.
