Target has some pretty loyal customers, which means fans are always on the lookout for new arrivals and returning fan-favorites. And when they do, they post them to TikTok, which has made many of Target’s offerings, including the brand’s trendy boxer shorts, adorable cocktail candles, and this comfy coastal-inspired set, go viral. Most recently, customers on the social media platform are particularly excited for the return of this wardrobe staple, which costs just $10.
According to previous online videos, the A New Day Extended Short Sleeve T-Shirt has been offered since at least 2023, but it seems to have disappeared and reappeared on shelves ever since. Fans noticed the return of the top this week, and they’re running to get it in several colors.

This cotton jersey fabric t-shirt is available in eight different hues (black, cream, dark red, light blue, light green, navy, white, and black striped). The sizes are inclusive, ranging from XS to 4X. The short-sleeve style features a crew neckline, cap sleeves, and a relaxed, long fit.

It can be machine washed and tumble dried (although we recommend drying it on low to avoid shrinkage on the first wash). TikToker @josie_hyla_68 first spotted the t-shirts coming back in stock, noting that they’re “easy to dress up or down,” and advises sizing up for a looser fit.

The shirts were additionally found back in January. User @liv.in.style paired the top with jeans, a fashionable belt, loafers, a long sweater, and layered accessories. They’re currently being sold in the white, cream, and black colors in-stores (the minimalist colors make it the perfect staple wardrobe piece, especially for summer).
Even when the t-shirts appeared a few years back, content creator @glisten_glitter described them as the “best t-shirts ever.”
