It’s the most wonderful time of the year… to be a Target shopper! The beloved retailer has revealed its plans for the holiday shopping season, and not only will Circle members be treated to a new deal every day from now until Christmas Eve, but new deals will be released every week of November and Target’s beloved holiday price match policy is making a comeback.
In its press release, Rick Gomez, executive vice president and chief commercial officer, Target shared, “We know consumers have a lot of choices when it comes to holiday shopping, so we’re leaning into what Target does better than anyone… With amazing deals all season, early Black Friday offers, exclusive deals for Target Circle members, an assortment full of exclusive-to-Target gift options for everyone on your list and our industry-leading Holiday Price Match Guarantee, our team is kicking off the holidays in a way only Target can.”
When Is Target’s Black Friday Sale?
While Target states that its Black Friday sale takes place on Nov. 28 (Thanksgiving Day) online and Nov. 29 (Black Friday) online and in stores, there is more to the Black Friday savings at Target than these two days. Here is a breakdown of the schedule for November:

Target kicks off its Deal of the Day event. During this time, Target Circle members will be treated to a new saving opportunity every day until Dec. 24.
Starting Nov. 3
Target will release a new selection of deals available for the entire week. New deals launch every Sunday. We expect this to continue through to Nov. 23.
Nov. 7 – 9
Target’s Early Black Friday sale runs in stores and online.
Nov. 24
We anticipate Target will launch Black Friday savings.
Nov. 28 + 29
Official Black Friday sale dates Target has shared. Target stores will be closed for Thanksgiving Day.
What Will Be on Sale at Target This Black Friday?
We don’t know what deals will be featured in Target’s official Black Friday sale this year, but the retailer did share some spoilers on what we can expect to see during the week of Nov. 3 and during the Early Black Friday sale that runs from Nov. 7 to 9. These include:
