In return you get a cheap stay at a Wyndham property and bonus points. This offer gives you a bonus of 30,000 points for select destinations, and prices start from $199 for 3 nights. Book a 3-night stay from $199 and earn up to 30,000 Wyndham Rewards Points. Attending a two hour timeshare presentation is required. Eligible destinations include:

Conclusion
This is a pretty good offer as Wyndham Rewards are quite valuable. 30,000 points are easily worth more than $300 so you are getting back more than what you are paying for your 3-night stay. Even if you choose one of the destinations that cost $249, you are still coming out ahead.
Once you purchase one of the packages, you then have 12 months to actually book your stay. It might be worth asking for something extra as well if you call. You can also ask about different destinations. I have not tried this Wyndham, but I would guess it works the same way.
