The result is closer to a creamy ice cream sandwich with a crunchy graham cracker, a layer of chocolate, and a fluffy, cloud-like ice cream. I opted to use peanut butter protein powder, which creates a yummy peanut butter chocolate combination. Feel free to use your favorite protein powder flavor and proceed with it instead!

I am so impressed with how yummy these turned out! This was better than expected. Frozen protein s’mores are a fun, healthier twist on a classic treat. They give you that indulgent taste while packing in extra protein, making them great as a post-workout snack or a guilt-free dessert.

If you wanted to opt out of the protein powder altogether, you can. This idea is so adaptable to taste. Maybe consider adding some chocolate pudding instead with the Cool Whip. Yum! I will be making these all summer long!
