Plus, I have designed a cute free printable “Spooktacular teacher” gift tag you can cut out and tape to a pencil or wood skewer to use for your book box gifts!

When I saw these fabulous book-shaped boxes at my local Dollar Tree, I knew they would make such perfect Halloween gifts for teachers. The details on the front and sides are so cool! Alternatively, I think they would make fun inexpensive decor as well on a mantle or shelf.

Extra tips for making this cute Halloween teacher gift:

  • Dollar Tree has lots of festive Halloween ribbons! This is perfect to attach to your book to tie it down and hold the gift tag.
  • I recommend printing the teacher gift tags on cardstock paper for a sturdy tag that is less likely to tear or rip.
  • For male teachers consider swapping the beauty items for their favorite candy, treats, hydration packets, gum, and beef jerky snacks, as a few ideas. This is easy to customize.

These Dollar Tree teacher gifts are too cute!

It’s like a thoughtful miniature spooky-themed gift basket. Halloween is kind of an unexpected time to say thanks to a teacher so I bet they will be surprised and grateful to be thought of. What a kind and thoughtful gesture. I had fun putting them together and hope you do too.
