The SPRI Ankle weights 5-pound pair is a must-have, whether you are active or not. They are easy to put on, you can customize the weight, and there is a zipper to remove some of the weight if you want. They are easy to put on, the packs of weight face the front, and my pant legs easily fit over them. If you want to increase your legs, thighs, calves, muscle and strength, I would highly recommend these ankle weights, while I am doing nothing around the house, I wear them and sitting watching tv, I wear them and do leg exercises and calf exercises, no noise, no effort… Try them you will not be disappointed.
